JEE Advanced 2023
JEE Advanced is conducted every year
by any one of the 7 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) namely IIT
Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT
Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee or Indian Institute
of Science (IISc) Bangalore under the aegis of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
Admissions to Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s, and Dual Degree programs (entry
at the 10+2 level) in all the 23 IITs, including the Indian School of Mines
(ISM) are done based on the ranks obtained by candidates in JEE Advanced 2023
Exam.

Form will be available from 4th week of May 2023. The candidates who have
qualified for their JEE Mains 2023 Exam can fill their application form for JEE

How to Fill JEE Advanced Application Form 2023?
The candidates have to submit the
application form through 4 stages which are as follows:
- Registration
- Uploading of Documents
- Payment Process
- Final Submission
Registration
- Login to Using JEE Advanced
2023 registration number, date of birth, mobile number and email address,
the candidates would have to log in to register for the examination.
- Then a question will appear on
your screen “Are you Interested in AAT 2023?”, Choose ‘Yes’
if you want admission for AAT 2023 else choose ‘No’.
- Select the preferred exam
centres from the list of exam centres.
- Fill in other details as
required in the application form.

JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2023
JEE Advanced 2023 exam eligibility
entails that candidates must qualify Paper-1 of JEE Main 2023. Candidates who
wish to take this exam have to fulfil certain criteria as fixed by JAB. The
eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced 2023 is as follows:
Performance in JEE Main 2023
The candidates should have qualified
JEE Main examination and holding positions in the top 2,50,000
candidates. The cutoff for admissions into IITs is also required to be
achieved by the candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2023. Out of this number,
the percentage of candidates eligible for admissions under different categories
are as follows:
- Open- 40.5%
- General EWS – 10%
- OBC-NCL candidates – 27%
- SC candidates – 15%
- ST candidates – 7.5%
- PWD candidates - Horizontal
reservation of 5% in all the above categories
Number of attempts
A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced
twice in two consecutive years
Appearance in Class 12 (or equivalent) examination
The students should have passed
their class 12 examination in 2022 or those who are appearing for the exam in
2023 can also apply for JEE Advanced 2023.
Earlier admission at IITs/ISM
A candidate should NOT have been
admitted in an IIT irrespective of whether or not he/she continued in the
program OR accepted an IIT seat by reporting at a reporting centre in the past.
Candidates whose admission at IITs was canceled after joining any IIT are also
not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2023.
Age Limit
The general category candidates
should have been born on or after October 1, 1998. The age relaxation of 5
years will be provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.
Candidates who have been admitted to
a preparatory course in any of the IITs for the first time in 2022 can also
apply for JEE Advanced 2023.
JEE Advanced 2023 Exam Pattern
JEE Advanced 2023 will contain two
papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2, with two language options viz. English and Hindi.

JEE Advanced Admit Card 2023
The JEE Advanced 2023 admit card
will be released in online mode tentatively 10-15 days before the exam date.
The registered candidates can access the JEE Advanced 2023 admit card by
entering their registration number and password that was generated during the
time of the registration process. The JEE Advanced 2023 Exam is scheduled to be
held in 3rd week of June 2023.
JEE Advanced Answer Key 2023
The answer key for JEE Advanced 2023
will be made available on the official website @jeeadv.ac.in after the conduction
of the examination. The students who appeared in the JEE Advanced 2023 exam can
check the answer key and calculate the expected marks they could score.
